April Pancake Breakfast

Tickets for adults are $6 and for youth 12 and under are $3. A pancake breakfast comes with pancakes and sausage to eat and hot coffee, hot chocolate, tea, or juice to drink. Pancake flavors include chocolate chip, buttermilk, and monthly special (funfetti for April). Bring friends! Or make friends - the big center table is open to anyone who doesn't want to sit alone.

Wascal *Weekend* - April

Join us for Wascal *Weekend* at the Wallingford Grange, a free and fun-filled playdate for kids ages 2-5! For April, this will be following our Easter Egg hunt. This lively hour offers a safe, welcoming space for little ones to run, play, and make new friends. It’s the perfect weekend energy-burner and a chance for parents to enjoy a little calm. Spread the word and bring the joy—we can’t wait to see you there!

Youth Event: Easter Egg Hunt

Immediately following the April 12th pancake breakfast that ends at 11am, there will be a free Easter Egg Hunt for kiddos aged 2-5 upstairs at the Grange Hall! We will then follow with a special edition of Wascal *Weekend* with a craft and snack, so stick around for a fun-filled morning and early afternoon! No registration required, but please have your little one bring his/her own basket for the Easter Egg Hunt.

2025 Fair/Fundraising Meeting - April

If you are interested in learning more about the fair, have new ideas for it, or are interested in just helping out, please come and join us at this meeting. Please bring ideas about upcoming rundraisers for 2025 as well. If you have ideas for new fundraisers or educational events the Grange can do in 2025 or would like to contribute to future fundraisers, feel free to come by! Maker Monday - April

Join us twice a month at the Wallingford Grange Hall where you can do the craft of your choice and stay for the socialization, or we can teach you how to piece a quilt. These gatherings are open to all! You don’t have to be a grange member or a quilter to join. Quilts of Valor Program offers comforting quilts to veterans of all wars. The program is continuing to work towards making more finished quilts for now and in the future. If you know a veteran or service member who should be presented with a quilt, please nominate them using this form: https://bit.ly/3tzdgDL . Come celebrate Earth Day with the Wallingford Grange! Special thanks to the Lyman Hall FFA (Future Farmers of America) who will be donating annual plants for us to give away and resources to hand out about Earth Day.

Wallingford in Tune Caneschi Concert

More than 15 bands are ready to perform for you! $10 pp (Children under 10 accompanied by an adult are free), advance tickets recommended, at-the-door will be available only if not sold-out. Hot sandwiches will be available from noon-2 and from 4-6 pm, drinks & chips available all day.

Chess Nerds - May

Interested in learning to play chess Already a chess expert but looking for new opportunities to play? Come to the Wallingford Grange, first Saturdays of each month to play or learn. 🍕2nd Annual Wallingford Town Wide Pizza Battle

Eight pizzerias (including last year’s winner HubSpoke Kitchen) from Wallingford will compete on Saturday, May 3rd, for the title of “Best Pizza in Wallingford”. At this event, each pizzeria will have cheese pizza available to try for people to vote on whose pizza is truly the best in town. We will be announcing participating pizzerias soon!
