In a heartfelt recognition of his outstanding contributions to the community, Cliff Burrell, Commander of the Granby American Legion Post, has been honored as the Granby Grange #5 Community Citizen of the Year. This award highlights Cliff’s unwavering support and dedication to local initiatives, particularly in his work with the Grange.

Cliff Burrell has been a tremendous asset to the Granby Grange, lending his time and expertise to support various projects, including the community garden and landscape management. His commitment to these endeavors has been instrumental in the Grange’s success and the enhancement of the local community spaces, a fact that we can all take pride in.

“The Grange has always valued the support and collaboration of individuals like Cliff,” said Dave Roberts, Chair of the Exec. Comm. “Any time we seek assistance, Cliff is always there, ready to help. His generosity and dedication have made a significant impact, and no one is more deserving of this honor.”

Cliff’s involvement goes beyond just his practical contributions. His selfless willingness to lend a hand whenever needed reflects his deep commitment to community service and his genuine concern for the well- being of his neighbors. His efforts have not only helped maintain the physical spaces managed by the Grange but have also fostered a spirit of camaraderie and cooperation within the community.
