| JUNE 23, 2024 -- June 26: Culinary Arts: Cooking Demonstration ( Dinner included)
We are continuing to make plans for more programs to include the community. One of our major projects is to review the records that have accumulated in the closet. These include reports from the treasurer and secretary for many years. They are all very interesting for the members who have been here for a long time. We also have handbooks from over 50 years. Looking back, we see who has helped us build the Grange that we are today.
The upstairs hall continues to be rented for other programs including line dancing and Yoga. These groups really love the wood floor. Our pollinator garden is growing well. We have received some very good applications for the scholarships we offer and will be awarded in August. Our annual fair will be held in August along with a hearty breakfast.
So many programs are held in our town put on by the town recreation committee and we thank Amy for promoting these on social media. It is so very important to make these events publicized and the best way is the social media. We thank all who read these Grange reports for our Grange and other Granges to see what is available to them.
