May 1: Meeting
We held our February meeting in a nice warm hall. The new furnace has been installed by two of our members, David Roberge and Steven Evankow. Many thanks go to a dealer who sold us the furnace at wholesale prices.
The food and plant sale was discussed at great length. The date was set for May 11 (day before Mother’s Day).
Also, thanks go to the Connecticut State Grange for a grant to help pay for a water pump and furnace.
The tag sale is up in the air due to the cost of insurance. It is outrageous. Hope everyone stays well and happy.
