| MARCH 5, 2024 -- We just had our FAC zoom meeting and it was well attended. Thank you all for making it a success. We had some fun facts about snowmen and some funny jokes! As mentioned in our meeting, when your subordinate reports for Family Activities are completed, please make a copy to send to your Pomona FA Chairman as well as the State Director. If you don’t know who that is, just email me and I can let you know. Each Pomona is responsible to look for judges for our Family Festival in August. Details are still being worked out for the dates and I will update you all once they are confirmed. If you would like to volunteer or know someone interested, please let us know. We need judges for the needlework but also for the baking contest, tea cup and crafts too.
Just a note regarding the Pomona Handbooks and the State Directory: When possible, under the FAC category, it would be great if you can have the state secretary and your Pomona secretary add the address, email or phone number of the chairman. That way I know who to contact and send out our packets to. There are a lot who do provide that information already and I thank you for those. |
