May 2: Meeting Lyme Grange held its first meeting
of the new year on Jan. 4. So much to discuss. The furnace needs to be replaced. We are getting estimates but figure several thousand dollars should give us a new furnace. In May our annual plant and food sale will take place on our side lawn. May 11 is the date (the Saturday before Mother’s Day).
Long range plans are to have a large public tag sale on our grounds, probably in June or July. It hasn’t been finalized yet.
Of course, in August it will be time again for the Hamburg Fair. It takes many thousands of dollars to accomplish this.
