| DECEMBER 1, 2020 -- We are off to a great start as we get underway for our needlework and craft contests for this year. We have held our regional meetings with the CWA Chairman and presented this year’s theme of “You Are My Sunshine – Sunflower." Everyone on the committee was very excited with the recipe of the Sunflower oatmeal cookies and we can’t wait to see what you come up with for the Sunflower themed craft contest! Be sure to ask about our new special contest for this year, we think you will like it! Packets are going out to all the Chairman who were not able to attend along with the entry forms for the Northeast Needlework Contest 2020-2021.
We will be raffling off a beautiful gift basket. You can get your tickets from your CWA Chairman 2 for $1.00. You have until February 14th to buy your tickets. We will hold our last special CWA/Family Activities Zoom meeting on February 28th at 1:00 pm and at that meeting we will have the drawing for the gift basket and announce the winner.
Until then, put your thinking caps on and start working on your projects to keep our hands and minds busy. It's going to be a difficult time of year especially as we are still in the grip of such a changed world. So please be kind to one another and be sure to check in on each other, especially those who are not at our Zoom meetings. |
