JANUARY 2008 --
A new and exciting Grange year is upon us. The Granges of Connecticut have been best known for their dedication to their neighbors and community, giving countless hours of times and goods to better the lives of those around them.
We anticipate 2008 to be no different.
We will again have two categories. Granges with membership 50 and under, and Granges with membership 51 and above. There will be an award for first, second, and third place in each category, with cash prizes of $75, $50, and $25 respectively. A “Grand Champion” will be chosen from the two first place winners.
It is our goal for 2008 to have all Granges complete the Community Service report and send it in no later than September 1st. 100% reporting is possible and would be exciting for this to happen so we can truly see the great work of ALL the Grange here in Connecticut.
2008 reports were distributed at State Session, and if you were not present, and your Deputy has not gotten a report to you please contact us and we will get one to you.
