| DECEMBER 6, 2013 -- Congratulations to Eva O’Connell from Colchester Grange who won the National Grange sponsored Quilt Square contest. Her square was forwarded to National for judging and will become part of one of the commemorative quilts.
Thank you to the Pomonas that stepped up to help with refreshments for the hospitality room at State Session. Again, thank you to Ekonk Hill Turkey Farm for their delicious breakfast pastries that they donated for State Session. The pastries will also be traveling to New Hampshire for our contributions to the hospitality room on Saturday at National Session.
I hope that everyone has had a chance to look at the new CWA/Family Activities packets and are already “Following the Yellow Brick Road”. Please use your imagination and be creative. If you have any questions, please don’t be afraid to ask. Just one clarification, so far: The Decorate a Shoe contest is just that - Decorate A Shoe (one shoe - not a pair).
