MAY 2007 -- We are well into the inspection season in our Granges.
We hope some of you have a class of candidates ready to receive the degrees when the Deputy arrives.
We now have a list of State Membership Contests:
• New Member Contest - Open to Subordinate and Pomona Granges taking in the most new members.
• Highest Net Gain
• We also have a contest for the Junior Granges - largest membership of new members.
• Youth Membership Award. (Contest year is July 31, 2006 to June 30, 2007.)
• Poster Contest: Membership Development and advertising Grange activities. Tell the public about the positive fun of helping others in the Grange and/or how the Grange serves the community. Put your ideas on a poster. Size 8.5” x 11” or no larger than 17 inches by 22 inches.
Membership is very important. Keep it in mind and work towards adding people to your membership rolls.
