| JULY 30, 2012 -- All Connecticut Granges should be working on resolutions to be acted upon at State Session. Resolutions must be received by the Central Office before September 15th. Any resolutions dealing with By-Laws changes must be on file 30 days before State Session, or they cannot be acted upon.
It is preferred that all resolutions go to a Pomona Grange for action prior to being submitted to the State Grange for the Annual Session. If this is not possible due to time constraints, please submit them directly to the Central Office before the September 15th deadline.
