| OCTOBER 2, 2011 -- Jim Pernal is a member of Lyme Grange 147 and Co Vice President of Hamburg Fair. He also head cook for the Lyme Grange. Jim started out with a few chickens for eggs for the family and it grew . They now sell fresh eggs from his small farm . He also has a large garden and hot house and sell vegetables in the summer. He raises beef also for sell , since he has retired from his job the farm keeps growing . With a great sense of humor, Jim has also will always have a joke to tell you if you have the time. This is why he has been pick as this Quarter Spot light on agriculture.
