| AUGUST 2, 2011 -- Thank you again for all the entries in the Needlework and craft contests this year. The winners’ names will be listed in the September issue of the Granger.
We have received a request from National Grange for ornaments for Christmas trees that will be decorated at National Session in Oklahoma in November and then donated to local schools, hospitals and shelters. As the contests are completed and you may have some free time on your hands we are asking CT Grangers to make ornaments for our tree. If you are able to help, they can be brought to State Session in October and will then be sent to National. The deadline is November 1st.
