| MAY 18, 2011 -- The National Youth Mentors and I are excited to announce we are working on a set of workshops for Teamspeak. The workshops are designed for those working with youth to help grow local, Pomona and State programs.
The framework of the workshops is to provide a discussion format for participants to share ideas and to learn more about National Grange Youth Department programs. The schedule is still being finalized, but I would like to encourage everyone to stay tuned for more information.
Topics to be discussed include: SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) to evaluate your current program: National Youth Program Handbook- how to utilize national programs in State, Pomona and local Granges, Grange Youth Royalty Program; and connecting older juniors with the youth program.
