Our November meeting was held up by yours truly being late. Well, there is a first time for everything. We welcomed back Claudia who is recovering from surgery and four members were on zoom. Cheri had an excellent program on the bread of life. and instructed us on the sign for Peace. She was presented with the lecturer’s Award certificate which was well earned. Nancy presented the check that Vernon Grange received for winning the Community Service award to the secretary and a motion was made to use those funds for the next year’s community service projects. Then all played grocery bingo. There were 2 or 3 large bags of non-perishable goods to donate to the local food shelf. Our donation of ditty bags to the Police dept. was delayed as we still need a few items and will complete the task next month. Our meetings are always on zoom, if you would like to be included, please contact President Nancy Strong and she can add you to the email list.
