Mar. 19: Sunflower Paint Night We held our regular meeting on
Jan. 20. We discussed Mentoring. This was an opportunity to interact with someone. Sometimes single mothers or teens with alcohol issues need our help. Bryn Miller high school sophomore indicated
she is a mentor to a freshman music student at her high school. We discussed the state Grange programs including the CWA theme “You are my Sunshine”. On Feb. 6 we had a craft day with learning how to make the octopus crochet pattern for preemies. This was a learning lesson for those who wanted to learn to crochet.
We continue to want to have small groups use our hall. There are several using the downstairs and the tables are well spaced. We have a lot of craft supplies available for anyone to use. We will be hopefully be able to have some larger group events in the future. Now that the Covid vaccines are available to many the public may get out to socialize. Our dinners at the present time will continue to be take-out only. We have plans for Easter fundraisers. We hope all will stay well. |
