| NOVEMBER 12, 2020 -- Hello Autumn! Happy Harvest.
Here’s to hoping that everyone that had a garden this year has yielded a great harvest. Autumn is here, and soon winter. At the Greenfield Hill Grange we took on a few new events to try to make up for all the events we had to cancel.
It was sad to not have our agricultural fair this year, but instead we ordered some mums, pumpkins, gourds and bulbs wholesale and we had a fall planting sale with some baked goods. It turned out to be a great success. Thank you to all the organizers, helpers, bakers and patrons!
Our drive-in movies have been a great success, and a lot of fun.
Thru October we will have three movies, weather permitting — all Halloween theme. And we are hoping the weather will stay mild through November so we can have two or three more feature films. Titles TBD.
On November 14th we will host a Souper Supper. Various soups, grilled cheese and... Bingo with prizes. Socially distant seating. Reservations a must. Call Jim. 203 259 8023.
