Prospect Grange News for January 2019
  JANUARY 16, 2019 --

Prospect Grange was saddened to lose our Lecturer Tina Meehan to cancer.  Tina was a very active member of the Grange until her illness.  She was a former member of the Rose Drill Team and very active in community projects.

Our Chaplain, Frances Maxwell, had a stroke and is unable to attend meetings.  Another big loss.

We held our annual Christmas Party at the Station with nine members and two guests in attendance.  Good food and friendship was enjoyed by all.  Santa left gifts for all.

Our meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month weather permitting at the Prospect Community Center.

We voted on our community service projects for the year and are going hed on into serving our community.

Dictionaries were handed out to the third graders for the 19th year.  The teachers and children look forward to getting the dictionaries each year.  This is one of our favorite community projects.

We hope everyone had a great Holiday Season.  We look forward to the new year.
