| DECEMBER 10, 2018 --
At our Oct. 12 meeting Legislative Chairman Nick Mullane, gave us a run-down on candidates running in the November election. Oct. October 26 we were invaded by monsters and princesses who enjoyed our annual Halloween party. Costume parades and lots of games were followed by delicious refreshments and our annual cup social ably handled by Jason Miner.
Our Holiday party will be held on December 14. Please bring a wrapped present with the child’s name clearly written on it for any children you bring to the party. These will be placed in Santa’s bag and he will present them to the children during the party. There will be a short meeting followed by the party. On December 21, weather permitting, we will carol to members around town.
We have too many members on the DL, as they say in baseball. Get well wishes go out to Flo Mullane, Clyde Myers, Thurlow Coats, Mike Riley, Jr. and Brian Rathbun. Hope I don’t miss anyone. And if all this rain will just go somewhere where they need it, next time I’ll tell you all about neat November.
