Oct. 20: Meeting postponed 1 week due to State Session
Oct. 27: G.O.M.A.D. music and dance party/potluck begins at 7:00 PM.
While as of this writing, our handicapped ramp is still not completed, hopefully it will start to materialize by the time you see this. As a result, we have had to change some of our schedule. Our last Excelsior Pomona meeting had to be held in Bethlehem instead of Oxford. On the upside, we had the annual fire department inspection at the end of July and have corrected all the areas of concern. This involved some hall repairs on several of our doors which were sorely needed. We have also set plans to cooperate on and get involved with our local fi re department on future projects, like their annual car show.
We have taken in a couple of new members recently and hope to get them involved. The G.O.M.A.D. monthly music and dance parties held the last Friday of each month continue to go well. They are well attended and have raised some interest in the Grange. |
