| February 14, 2017 -- I would like to thank all our members for their soup donations that were collected and donated to our local food pantry. Also for the food items and gifts for the complete Thanksgiving meals and Christmas meals for the elderly community members that have no family. We were able to put smiles on their faces and a little excitement on Christmas by getting gifts again. We will try again for Easter.
Our pots of mums went over very well that were given to our elderly Grange members in the fall.
Tray favors and craft projects are being donated to the residents at the Regal Care Rehab in Prospect and tray favors to those at the Cheshire House.
Our Christmas Party was enjoyed by 14 members and our January meeting “Which Star are you?” was a lot of fun. February’s meeting will be put on by the Youth. “Find the Right Key” sounds interesting and in March we are Going Green. |
