Hillstown Grange is holding a meeting and a presentation about Strawberries on Thursday, June 23, 2016. Doors open at 7:00 p.m. and meeting will start at 7:30 p.m. The meeting will be an old style meeting as has been done since 1888 with a formal opening then the strawberry presentation followed by the closing of the meeting. After the meeting everyone is welcome to refreshments featuring Strawberry shortcake. Public is welcome and this event is free.
The Hillstown Grange is located at 617 Hills Street, East Hartford, CT. Located in the Hillstown corner of East Hartford, Glastonbury, and Manchester since 1888. The Grange is the oldest Agricultural group in the United States.
