| FEBRUARY 5, 2014 -- We at Norfield Grange can say with great pride that we are indeed a Grange for the wider community. In December we hosted three gingerbread house decorating parties, deftly commandeered by Ewa Ojarovska, that drew in over 45 attendees! We held a holiday tree raffle, thanks to a generous tree donation by Deb Gilbertie Gianelli, owner of Weston Gardens, the winners being Andrew Fezza and daughter Marisa. And on Saturday, Jan. 25, we shared a Gourmet Potluck and Square Dance with the community, featuring caller Bill Fischer from Massachusetts and hosted by Friends of Wakeman Town Farm in Westport and Norfield Grange. Our proud hall has been busy week after week!
Maggie Converse has been leading Yoga classes every Monday, Wednesdays and Friday in our Hall, and of course, there is the continuing success of our Winter Farmers’ Market, which has been running every Saturday through May 5 at 9:00 and 10:30.
There’s a community tag sale coming up, too… but that’s a future story.
