| DECEMBER 5, 2013 -- Do go to facebook.com to see pictures of Norfield’s Water Station taken during the Reservoir Run on October 27. We had a smaller crew than last time but twice as much fun! There were 423 runners, and three cheers for the Grange volunteers who rehydrated participants by handing out water and Gatorade.
At our regular meeting in November we discussed the upcoming Farmers’ Market which was to begin on November 23. We need Grangers to staff each Market, and the Markets will run until May 3. January will arrive with a Fair kick-off and planning meeting, and donations to fill the Weston Food Pantry.
Finally, after a whole year’s hard work (and many thanks to Lyn Kimberly), we have a list of 51 Granger subscriptions, including four for the Grange Hall, and copies also for the Weston Senior Center and the Weston Public Library.
