| NOVEMBER 7, 2013 -- Our Neighbor’s Night and Community Service Award scheduled for our September meeting did not happen as planned. We could not get the speaker we wanted and so we did not give out the award.
We have scheduled the installation of our Officers during our October meeting. The Installing team will be Bob and Marge Sendewicz. Also at our October meeting, we will honor our neighbor and his wife with a cash award card for his continuing work to keep our lawn mowed and the leaves mulched.
We are in our planning stages for our December Christmas fair. The hours will be 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. There will be a straw table for prizes and a Chinese auction. Jewelry will also be available. The food court will be open and there will be a bake table.
The Master and Spouse will be attending the State Session as delegates from Harmony Grange.
We appreciate the work done by our members, Tom Sulier and Basil Dikovsky, to improve our outdoor sign and especially to Tom for getting our gutters cleaned to keep water from entering thr furnace room. |
