| MARCH 23, 2013 -- A fundraiser for Kristen’s Kloset, which provides affordable prom dresses to needy families in the area, will be held at the Wolcott Grange Hall on March 30.
The event runs from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at the Grange, 313 Boundline Road.
There will be a fashion show featuring dresses from Kristen’s Kloset, along with a drawing for prizes such as limos and tanning. Also, there will be a baked goods sale, local vendors and a trunk show featuring dresses starting at $25.
Vendors will discuss hair, makeup, transportation and how to pick a flower for your date. Tickets cost $10 per person.
The event is organized by Alyscia Talbot, 16, who is the Junior Grange chairwoman, with the help of the Wolcott Grange.
