| FEBRUARY 5, 2013 -- Prospect Grange enjoyed a visit from our State Gatekeeper, Robert Buck at our January meeting where we had a lively discussion on gun control. Many of our members attended a quiet candlelight vigil on the green led by Mayor Bob Chatfield. Some 300 community members attended with our prayers for the victims and their families from the Newtown tragedy.
We are happy to welcome Dolly F.H. Stevens as a member of Prospect Grange and saddened at the loss of Marjorie Sanford whom passed away in December.
Plans for our Citizen of the Year program to be held in April along with Prospect Grange’s Public Service Award.
Our Operation Cold Weather continues through the early spring.
You’re in the spotlight will be the program at our February meeting with the CWA baking contest taking the center stage at our March meeting. We hope all our members will bring in entries.
