| NOVEMBER 27, 2012 -- Hillstown Grange will be holding a Sunday Brunch and Grandma's Attic Tag Sale on Sunday, December 9, 2012. Doors open at 8:30 AM and the Grange will be cooking and selling until 12 noon.
The Breakfast/Brunch features a buffet of ‘French Toast Casserole,’ quiche, scrambled eggs, pancakes and sausage. Hillstown Junior Grange members will be dressed as elves and that jolly bearded gentleman in the red suit (AKA Santa) is stopping in for breakfast between 9 and 11 AM. Visitors are asked to bring their cameras.
Grandma's Attic Tag Sale will be held in the upstairs hall where customers name the price on the items, with the proceeds to benefit the "Replace our Roof" fund. In the downstairs hall, the Grange will have a book sale, craft items and the Breakfast/Brunch. Many items work great as gifts. Come to browse, eat, or just visit the historic Hillstown Grange Hall. Free admission.
Hillstown Grange is located at 617 Hills Street, East Hartford, CT. Located in the Hillstown corner of East Hartford, Glastonbury, and Manchester since 1888. The Grange is one of the oldest Agricultural and Community Service groups in the United States.
