Rental Fees:
$300 for the day (5 hour period; flat rate)
$60 for each additional hour
$100 for use of kitchen

Member/Non-profit Pricing:
$200 for the day (5 hour period; flat rate)
$40 for each additional hour
$75 for use of kitchen

Other Fees:
Security Deposit - $250 (refundable pending post event inspection)

Note: *Half of the total rental fees plus the Security Deposit are due at signing of contract.

Event Hours:
Weekday: 8am – 10pm
Weekend: 8am-11pm

Long-term Rentals will be given special consideration.

• Maximum Capacity: 100 upstairs 100 downstairs
• Upstairs (44’x34’), Downstairs (44’x34’) with one men’s room and one women’s room located downstairs

• Full Kitchen (additional rental fee stated above under fees)
• (21) 6ft. folding tables, (6) 6ft. non-folding tables
• 52 metal folding chairs, 52 wooden folding chairs

Parking: There is limited parking on either side of the Grange Hall and in the rear. Street parking is also available. NO PARKING ALLOWED ON GRASS AREAS. If the Renter and/or guests park on neighboring properties, they may be subject to having their vehicle towed by the property owner.
